Grab Extraction Concentrate is designed to remove soils, oil, and water based stains from carpets with deep penetrating action. This concentrated, low-foaming product is designed for hot or cold water extraction machines or steam cleaning units. This product is formulated to detach and suspend contaminants for fast and easy extraction. Designed for professional use. Not for use on wool carpet.

How to Use

• Before Use: Test this product on an actual spot in an inconspicuous area. If the color, texture, or appearance of the carpet changes in any manner, do not use this product on that carpet.
• For Spots and Stains on Carpets and Rugs:
• Step #1: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove all loose soil.
• Step #2: Dilute Extraction Concentrate at a rate of 2 oz. per 1 gallon of clean water and add to the solution tank. Coverage will depend on carpet type, face weight, soiling, and other variables.
• Step #3: Apply to the area to be cleaned.
• Step #4: Remove using either a hot or cold extraction machine.
• Caution: Components used in this formulation are not expected to cause irritation or discomfort, but we recommend that protective equipment be used, including gloves and goggles.

Grab Traffic Lane Cleaner Concentrate is designed for use in maintaining areas that receive high concentrations of traffic. This product is a combination of surfactants, wetting agents, dispersants and penetrants that work to eliminate ground in soils that occur in high traffic areas. This product is manufactured for professional use. Not for use on wool carpet.

How to Use

• Before Use: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for color fastness. Vacuum area to be treated first to remove any loose soil.
• As a Pre-treatment with Extraction Concentrate:
• Step #1: Lightly spray heavy traffic areas to be and allow to sit for 5 minutes before using Extraction Concentrate.
• For Traffic Lane Cleaning:
• Step #1: Mix 8 oz. of Traffic Lane Cleaner Concentrate to 1 gallon of water.
• Step #2: Using a standard pump sprayer, spray liberally in area to be cleaned.
• Step #3: Agitate using a counter rotating brush device, let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Step #4: Remove using hot or cold water extraction equipment.
• Caution: Components used in this formulation are not normally expected to cause irritation or discomfort but the manufacturer strongly recommends the use of adequate personal protective equipment including impervious gloves and protective splash goggles.
