Grab Traffic Lane Cleaner Concentrate is designed for use in maintaining areas that receive high concentrations of traffic. This product is a combination of surfactants, wetting agents, dispersants and penetrants that work to eliminate ground in soils that occur in high traffic areas. This product is manufactured for professional use. Not for use on wool carpet.

How to Use

• Before Use: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for color fastness. Vacuum area to be treated first to remove any loose soil.
• As a Pre-treatment with Extraction Concentrate:
• Step #1: Lightly spray heavy traffic areas to be and allow to sit for 5 minutes before using Extraction Concentrate.
• For Traffic Lane Cleaning:
• Step #1: Mix 8 oz. of Traffic Lane Cleaner Concentrate to 1 gallon of water.
• Step #2: Using a standard pump sprayer, spray liberally in area to be cleaned.
• Step #3: Agitate using a counter rotating brush device, let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Step #4: Remove using hot or cold water extraction equipment.
• Caution: Components used in this formulation are not normally expected to cause irritation or discomfort but the manufacturer strongly recommends the use of adequate personal protective equipment including impervious gloves and protective splash goggles.

Grab Carpet Spotter is a professional grade cleaner that is ideal for everyday spots and stains. The encapsulation technology penetrates and encapsulates soil and stains and dries quickly for easy removal by vacuuming. Safe to use on nylon, wool, and stain resistant carpets and rugs.

Grab Carpet Spotter can also be used as a pre-treatment cleaner when used with Grab Dry.

How to Use

• Before Use: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for color-fastness. For dry stains or spots vacuum area to be treated first to remove any loose soil. For wet stains or spots blot the area with a dry, clean colorfast cloth or sponge to remove any excess material.
• As a Pre-treatment:
• Step #1: Lightly spray the area to be cleaned completely before applying Grab Dry.
• For Spots and Stains on Carpets and Rugs:
• Step #1: Spray Carpet Spotter directly on the stain or spot. Use care to wet the spot, without over-saturating the carpet.
• Step #2: Gently massage the spotter into the soiled area using a clean dry cloth, lightly dampened sponge or a nonabrasive brush working toward the center of the stain. Blot any residual moisture from the area until the stain or spot no longer transfers from the carpet to the cloth or sponge. Reapply and repeat this step until stain or spot is removed.
• Step #3: Vacuum the area thoroughly after drying to remove crystals and encapsulated soil.

Grab Grease & Oil Remover is an aqueous spotter designed to remove oil and grease related deposits and stains on carpet. Not for use on wool carpet.

How to Use

• Before Use: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for color fastness. Vacuum area to be treated first to remove any loose soil.
• For Spots and Stains on Carpets and Rugs:
• Step #1: Apply Grease & Oil Remover directly onto the area to be treated using a sprayer.
• Step #2: Gently agitate the spot over a 10 minute period using a cloth or soft bristle brush.
• Step #3: Allow area to dry completely and then vacuum.
